Reception staff member was extremely helpful in assisting us in managing an internal flight rescheduling. We could not have accessed the airline helpdesk without her persistent help to resolve our problem, with the aid of a language translator apps which she had. Breakfast is good for a Chinese hotel.

The breakfast was really good. The room rate we paid did not include breakfast. We paid a reasonable price for the breakfast. It was so good that we went back for more the next morning. It is conveniently located near Yunji Park and Wanda Plaza. The staff were super helpful.

Lobby was lovely breakfast good, but definitely aimed at Asian customers. Very little for western pallets. Great projector TV in the room. Staff very friendly.

The attention to detail in this hotel is so high, best housekeeping we have had, beautiful room, super quiet, in the internal rooms overlooking the courtyard, very well equipped, manager very helpful, excellent location for the metro. I would definitely recommend it.

There is no doubt that this hotel has seen better days but the staff are doing the best they can. From reception, breakfast service to cleaning they all are trying to make the stay enjoyable. And they are succeeding. Reviews written 10 years ago complain about the poor room air conditioning. There's nothing the staff can do it's a management issue, that needs to be fixed, or travellers will avoid this hotel
